Health & Beauty: Stressful Week? De-Stress with A Bubble Bath!


"After Monday and Tuesday, Even the calendar say WTF". We build up stress in our bodies through the hustle and bustle of our daily lives especially during the long work week. A great way to relax and reduce stress is by soaking yourself in a bubble bath.


Benefits
It relaxes your muscles, cleans, ex-foliates and moisturizes your skin therefore keeping it healthy. A steaming bath can also ease pain developed in your back from awkward sitting posture at work or pain in the neck from bad sleeping postures or bedding. It gives you much deserved 'me time'; spend sometime with your thoughts or read a book while listening to relaxing music as your body rejuvenates. 


Checklist:
Bathroom with a lock - Your bath time should be uninterrupted 
A clean bath tub - make sure you wash your bath tub thoroughly before your begin 
Clean Towels, Mineral Bath Soak for aches and pains 
Moisturizing Bubble bath, Epsom Salt, Foaming Bath Milk, Bath Oil
Bath Pillow, After bath oil and lotion
Candles 
A device that plays music 
A compilation of relaxing songs
A glass of wine 
Add anything else to personal your experience e.g. a face mask.


Steps
Fill the bath tub with water that is at the temperature of your preference. 
Add bath oils, milk, salts and bubble baths as directed on the products you purchased. 
Light candles and set it around the bathroom to set the mood 
Keep wine, towels, water and music within reach
Lock the door, turn on the music and step into the tub


Warning: 
Do not forget to moisturize afterward. 
Do not stay in the tub to long as it would wrinkle and dry out your skin.
If you choose to add alcohol, do not get drunk ~ it is possible to actually DROWN in your own tub!
Very hot water can cause you to feel tired, depleted and dizziness.
